The sales contract between the Customer and Fantasia Store is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law.

For the solution of civil and criminal disputes arising from the conclusion of this contract of distance selling, the provisions of Legislative Decree 206/05 are adopted, according to which the mandatory jurisdiction is the judge of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer .

GENERAL INFORMATIONS

To be able to make a purchase you must be of legal age.

Purchases made on the Fantasia Store website are regulated, although not expressly provided for by the following conditions, by Legislative Decree No. 185 of 22 May 1999 concerning the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts.

This site represents the electronic commerce division of the company FANTASIA SNC., With registered office in Rovereto (TN), in Via Fratelli Fontana 14 / C, VAT number 02345220228.

INFORMATION ON THE PRODUCTS

In order to make the purchase of clear and transparent products declared, Fantasia Store pays particular attention to the online publication of information on the essential characteristics of the products through technical sheets prepared by its partners and / or suppliers and through illustrative photographs of the products, within the limits of technology and in compliance with the best market standards.

AVAILABILITY & PRICES

Fantasia Store makes every effort to ensure that the availability of the products on the site is always up-to-date.

However, in the unlikely event that a product listed as available is sold out, the customer will be promptly notified by e-mail, so that he can decide whether to wait for the product to be available, or cancel the order made in whole or in part, eliminating 'order products no longer available in stock.

In the event that the unavailability of the product is due to a definitive cessation of production of the same by the manufacturer, Fantasia Store will offer the customer a product of equivalent quality and price. In case of refusal by the Customer, Fantasia Store will refund the unavailable product.

Prices (including VAT and any other tax and tax) are indicated for each product in the online catalog.

The price that will be invoiced is the one next to the product at the time the order is completed in addition to the shipping costs, which will be counted at the time of the order summary also based on the payment methods selected.

Fantasia Store reserves the right to change the prices of products and the contribution of shipping costs without prior notice. Any new amounts will be effective from the time they are published on the site and will be applied to sales made from that moment on. In case of displaying a wrong and / or manifestly ridiculous price, for any reason (computer bug, manual error, technical error ...), Fantasia Store reserves the right to cancel the order, even in case of initial validation.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Fantasia Store policy on the right of Withdrawal is compliant with the rules prescribed by the Legislative Decree 206/05 of the Consumer Code.

The right of withdrawal may be exercised at any time after completing the purchase procedure and in any case within 30 consecutive calendar days from receipt of the goods, by communicating to Fantasia Store the desire to exercise the right and providing the following data:

number and date of the invoice or number and date of the order

in case of partial withdrawal, description and quantity of the products to be returned

bank details on which to receive the reimbursement transfer (IBAN code), or any information on the payment method to be used

In the event that the account holder is different from that of the invoice must be indicated.

The communication of the withdrawal and the data requested above can be transmitted to the Fantasia Store in the following ways:

• Using the "Contact" form on the site
• By sending an e-mail to the address: info@fantasiastore.it
• By sending a letter by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address: Fantasia SNC, Corso Rosmini 66, 38068 Rovereto (TN)

At the same address of Fantasia Store, within 10 days of receipt of goods, the consumer must provide for its return (total or partial). The costs of reshipment are charged to the customer.

The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following mandatory conditions:

- the right applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the product purchased;

- the purchased good must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts - including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment (instructions, etc ...); to limit damage to the original packaging, it is mandatory to insert it in a second box. In all cases, the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly onto the original packaging of the product must be strictly avoided;

- the shipping costs related to the return of the asset are charged to the customer;

- the shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer;

- in case of damage to the goods during transport, Fantasia Store will notify the customer of the event (within 7 working days of receipt of the goods in their stores), to allow him to promptly report to the courier chosen by him and get the reimbursement of the value of the asset (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for his return, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal;

- Fantasia Store is not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments;

The reimbursement of the sum already paid and corresponding to the entire order (including the shipping costs contribution) or to that part of products for which it has been terminated (in this case EXCLUDING the shipping costs contribution) will be made using the methods chosen and free, within 31 days of receipt of goods by Fantasia Store.
